Dinner Under the Stars

Join us for our most popular shindig at the ranch…”Dinner Under the Stars”! This round we welcome back musical guests Nikki & Ryan. Gates will open at 6pm allowing for plenty of time to tour the cabins, say “Howdy” to the longhorn herd, and check out the ranch. Relax and take in the views, or play a friendly game of Cornhole while our chef prepares an exquisite meal. Chef Brad Green is at the helm this evening, and is a a phenomenal chef with a knack for blending flavors that will blow your mind! You won’t be disappointed with this al fresco 4 course dinner under the Texas stars and string lights. Following dinner we will be entertained with a fireside acoustic show by our favorites Nikki & Ryan Ready. If you’ve been craving some crisp fall weather, you don’t want to miss this intimate evening at ranch. The food and musical talent is guaranteed to WOW you, and the company is always sublime.

Enjoy this evening under the stars as a unique date night, an escape to the countryside with your besties, or as part of a longer stay for a country weekend getaway. Cabins are available!

As always we will have a bucket of beers and a lil’ complimentary wine with dinner but we are BYOB here at the ranch, so please bring your beverage of choice if you’re looking for something a little stronger than sweet tea.
