Join us for our most popular shindig at the ranch…”Dinner Under the Stars”!

We are always thrilled to bring back everyones favorite gathering! Gates will open at 6pm allowing for plenty of time to say “Howdy” to the longhorn herd, and check out the ranch. Relax and take in the views, or play a friendly game of Cornhole while our chef prepares an exquisite meal. Chef Brian Wilson is at the helm this evening, and is a a phenomenal chef that always delivers a crowd pleasing spread. You won’t be disappointed with this al fresco 4-course dinner under the Texas stars and string lights. If you’ve been craving nice Spring weather, you don’t want to miss this intimate evening at ranch. The food and ambiance is guaranteed to WOW you, and the company is always sublime.

Enjoy this evening under the stars as a unique date night, an escape to the countryside with your besties, or as part of a longer stay for a country weekend getaway. Only cabins are available. Email ponderosaboss@gmail.com with your cabin requests. First come first served.

As always we will have a bucket of beers and a lil’ complimentary wine with dinner, but we are BYOB here at the ranch, so please bring your beverage of choice if you’re looking for something a little stronger than sweet tea.
