Going on retreat is the ultimate gift of self-care. Step away from the hustle and bustle of city-life and retreat to the countryside to enjoy the healing power of wide open spaces and fresh air. Indulge in a lil’ yoga, longhorn love and long overdue downtime. Bond with like-minded women, dine on nutritious and delicious cuisine, and get your cowgirl on! During this retreat we will explore what it means to step into our power, speak our truth, and rely on our inner wisdom. The crescendo of the full moon takes personal transformation to the next level. The Ponderosa is truly a magical place and provides the perfect backdrop for healing. Peace is plenty here, and we could ALL use that right about now. You deserve the time to ground, reset and recharge so that you can return to the world a lighter, brighter version of YOU! This is a yoga retreat with a Texas twist and our last offering of the year…don’t miss it!
What’s included?
3 nights accommodations in one of four cozy cabins.
All cabins include-
- AC/Heat
- Private en suite (with private OUTDOOR shower only)
- All linens and basic toiletries
- Tea, coffee, water and snack stations
- 6 ft porches for hang time
- A communal fire pit and gathering spot under the oaks
All meals and snacks (we also accommodate vegetarian requests)
Twice daily yoga and/or guided meditation
Yoga props (mats, straps, blocks and blankets)
Daily longhorn feedings
Stand up paddle boards and canoes on the pond
Campfires and s’mores (weather/wind permitting and assuming no burn bans are in effect)
Cornhole tournaments/Roping dummies/ranch games
160 acres to explore and 3 designated hiking trails
Stargazing/sunrises/sunset/peace and quiet
